Italian Places, Food & Hotel tells the experience lived at Grand Hotel Poltu Quatu MGallery by Sofitel Sardegna...

Grand Hotel Poltu Quatu is a charming place where the eyes are filled with emotions and the heart of magic, this could be a summary of our experience lived in one of the most exclusive locations of the Costa Smeralda. Poltu Quatu means "hidden port" in gallurian dialect. It overlooks an enchanting natural fjord in front of the Maddalena Archipelago, between pink granites and Mediterranean vegetation, on the north east coast of Sardinia. The village offers lovely views perched on a magnificent fjord, where the cliff dives directly into the crystal clear sea. Our experience went smoothly with a dream breakfast, full of sweet and salty goodness with wide selections of food and especially at km 0. Our suite was spacious, elegant, overlooking the beautiful harbor, was spectacular sip a coctkail enjoying the breathtaking stunning views. The hotel, a true pearl of Costa Smeralda, offers a heavenly pool, a cozy spa and excellent dining. We had the pleasure of dinning at the Maymon Restaurant that offers a culinary experience based on Mediterranean and Sardinian cuisine, we recommend eating the "Tonnarello, Chlorophyll of basil roasted fennel on tuna carpaccio and accompanying it with the delicious wine" Vermentino , Surrau cellars "typical of Sardinia. Grand Hotel Poltu Quatu is absolutely one of the most beautiful hotels in Sardinia.
