It was really a sumptuous lunch , refined and delicate taste , presentation and preparation of flawless dishes , the technique of truly extraordinary Chef , undoubtedly one of the best restaurants we visited in 2016 . The meticulous research of genuine raw materials , carefully cultivated and combined with each other with love , passion and sagacity, has made the kitchen of Quattro Passi unique and inimitable for over 30 years delighting palates around the world, It was a superb culinary journey without any false note , the dishes seemed paintings of " Monet " beautiful , and once tasted gives a unique and indescribable flavor , really outstanding. Very professional staff accompanied us for all the tasting journey , describing in great detail every single dish . The Chef is a fantastic person , always there , always available , a humble man who manages to make you feel at home even though you were sitting in a restaurant two Michelin stars , but in our humble opinion it deserves three.
