A contemporary and creative cuisine prepared by Klemens Schraml, a young and talented chef, who with his grit and determination reinvents Swiss cuisine whose dishes are defined by true and decided taste, using seasonal and high quality ingredients. Klemens Schraml cooks with love and passion, and spends in the the kitchen most of his day, always looking for new ideas, inspiration and creative solutions to amaze guests from all over the world in the beautiful city of Zermatt. His interpretation of the kitchen focuses on a creative and experimental approach using the best products available, enhancing their flavor without altering the essence.
