, headed by Chef Crescenzo Scotti to have given us hospitality at magnificent Villa Cimbrone. It was a superlative dining experience, in our opinion among the best restaurants in all of Italy. A refined Mediterranean cuisine, made with ingredients from organic crops of the Villa give life to delicious dishes, flavors and amazing creations of a chef determined, with excellent technique and flanked by a brigade of talented chefs. We had the pleasure of meet the Chef Crescenzo Scotti, a brilliant person, very humble who loves spasmodically his job so much to spend whole days in the kitchen, a very ambitious person who fails to delight many palates visiting the restaurant. The kitchen of the Restaurant at Villa Cimbrone deserves, in our view, the second Michelin star and we are convinced that materializes in the next year. A special thanks goes to the professionalism of all the staff at Villa Cimbrone and especially Baldo Durazzo who told us with such passion the spectacular story of one of the most beautiful places in the world: Villa Cimbrone.
