Gino Pesce and his staff welcomed us in the best way and professionally and carefully drove us all the culinary journey . Chef makes the kitchen of ' ' Acqua Pazza " delicious , using raw materials of excellence and meticulously working them with great care and dedication, being very careful not to upset origin and tradition of the ingredients materials , also Chef amazed our palates with flavors unique , sensational and in our opinion is undoubtedly among the best Italian Chef , a humble person who remains in the hearts of all guests of the restaurant.
